Review of Austin Gutwein's book "Take Your Best Shot."

We had the privilege of having Austin Gutwein and his family with us at NMC on Sunday morning. Austin's dad, Dan, asked if I would be willing to post a review of my thoughts on Austin's on Amazon.com since he knew I had read it and thought highly of it. I was happy to do so. Here's what I wrote...

"As someone who has worked full-time for the past 10+ years ministering to teens and tweens, I would recommend that every teen and preteen that wants to make a difference for Christ read this book! While it's incredibly motivational, what I found to be really great was just how practical and transferable the book can be for the average person who is looking to be used by God. But the most surprising thing about the book is just how well it is written and how appropriate this book can be for adults as well as students.

I've had a chance meet Austin in person and find him to be the real deal and an incredibly humble young man. As a youth pastor at a large church, we are encouraging every student and their parents in our ministry to go out and spend the $10+ dollars on this book. That's how much we believe in the message and principles that Austin shares on the pages of "Take Your Best Shot." It's more than worth the investment!"
