Ministries I'm Passionate About (Series)

These ministries stir something deep inside of me. Often, it's because they fit the unique way that God has made me and the passion that he has placed in my heart.

"My life mission is to help people discover and live out their God-given life mission by COACHING individuals and ministries through the shepherding of people, the organization of programs and the fixing of broken systems." Thus, when I see people and ministries doing this and doing it well, I get very excited!

EnableNow is a ministry started by friends of mine, Josh & Jamie Quarandillo. The mission of Enable Now is to be a ministry that "serves impoverished communities through spiritual, leadership, and economic development."

Currently, Josh & Jamie along with their 5 kids, are fleshing out this vision that God has given them in in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. They live and minister in a place called Ward 34.

On their website, they explain their ministry in Ward 34 like this: "Project Ward 34 is a 3-in-1 development initiative- meaning that we engage in spiritual development simultaneously with economic and leadership development. Our hope is to raise up fully committed disciples that not only have the motivation and ability to be Christian leaders in their community, but they also possess the tools and resources to develop their own ministries and community development initiatives."

You can read more here about their ministry and how God is using them in this very needy community of South Africa.
