A Good Bye From Mexico!

We will never forget,
That you got here on time.
With all your green shirts,
You look like a big lime.

But deep down inside,
You all had a mission.
To come and proclaim God’s love,
And bring life to your vision.

You made an impression,
In all three towns.
The kids were so happy,
You made smiles of their frowns.

You made this your house,
Hey! You could have done Pilates.
Didn’t you see Jose,
Dance to chocolate.

We heard it though the grape vine,
From 2, 3, or more,
That Roberto is tremendous,
When it comes to his snore.

Your experience in Mexico,
You will never forget,
The day water ran out,
And you all smell like sweat.

In many ways you made us laugh,
But Tobias, you gave us pain.
What you should with that Chivas shirt,
Is throw it down the drain.

Everyone left their mark,
And I guess you all knew.
But Rut do us a big favor,
And take Adelene with you.

We’d like to say to all of you,
That you’re a piece of art.
A picture of you might fade,
But NOT the one in our heart.

It’s time to say goodbye,
To Juan, to Sheila and Pablo,
To Santiago, Maria, and Rut,
To Benjamin, Carlos, and Alejandro.

To Ana, Daniela, Leonardo, and Jose,
To David, Cristina, and Rebecca,
Alicia, Nehemias, Sara, y Daniel,
Estafani, Jordan, Miguel, and Marta.

Last but not least,
I still have some more.
Graciela, Debora, Tobias, and David,
We know you all love Jesus, it’s Him you adore.

So get ready to share,
What Jesus has done.
Not just to your parents,
But to the church and everyone.
