A couple of friends of mine, Josh & Jamie Quarandillo, are missionaries in South Africa. They have an exciting ministry that Rachael & I support called Enable Now. They both are great athletes and a little crazy. I read on Jamie's Facebook status today that she just finished a 35 mile training run. That's right - 35 miles!
She is training for the craziest race I've ever heard of. It's a 55 mile marathon- more than twice the length of a typical 26.2 mile marathon! You can read about this race at www.comrades.
